Commercial and industrial floor coatings are where Phil started — he has been installing industrial flooring since 1992, and that is a different discipline from residential work. A warehouse floor taking forklift traffic, a shop floor seeing solvents and dropped steel, and a retail floor that has to look immaculate are three separate specifications, and getting that call wrong is expensive.

The other half of commercial work is scheduling — most of these floors can only be touched at night or over a weekend, and a polyaspartic system exists precisely so you can be operating again on Monday.

The right system comes out of the questions nobody enjoys answering: what rolls across this floor and how heavy is it, what gets spilled on it, does it get wet, how hot does it get, how often is it cleaned and with what. A floor that sees forklifts and battery acid needs a different build to one that sees foot traffic and a mop.
Getting that wrong shows up fast — a residential-grade build in an industrial room fails early, and an over-specified system in a storeroom is money that did nothing. We would rather ask the boring questions during the walk-through than guess.
For most commercial customers the coating is not the hard part — closing the space is. A production floor, a service bay or a restaurant kitchen loses real money for every day it is out, which frequently drives the whole specification.
That is where fast-cure polyaspartic systems earn their premium: grind and coat over a weekend or overnight and be back in service far sooner than a full epoxy build would allow. We will plan the sequence with you — sections at a time if the floor cannot close all at once.
Wet or greasy commercial floors are a genuine liability, so anywhere water, oil or product hits the deck we build anti-slip aggregate into the top coat. It is a small cost at install and a lot cheaper than the alternative.
We can also lay in line striping and safety marking as part of the coating — walkways, forklift lanes, equipment zones, keep-clear areas around panels and exits. Doing it in the coating rather than taping it afterwards means it does not peel up under traffic.

We come out, look at the actual slab and talk about how the space gets used. Cracks, spalling, oil, old coatings and moisture all get assessed here — because that is what decides the system and the price.
You get the price, the prep included, the system going down, and the walk-on and park-on dates in writing. It is free, and the number holds unless the scope changes.
Diamond grinding — never acid etching — then vacuum, chase and fill the cracks, patch the spalls and treat any contamination. This is most of the job and it is why the floor lasts.
