Garage Floors
A ground, patched and sealed garage floor that shrugs off ice melt, hot tires and oil — and wipes clean with a shop broom.

Littleton spreads across three counties and about a century of construction, which makes it one of the more varied places we work. Downtown and the older neighbourhoods around it have genuinely old structures and old concrete; Ken Caryl, Columbine and Southpark are largely 1970s through 1990s; Roxborough out to the southwest is newer again.
That range means the honest answer to "what will my floor cost" varies more here than almost anywhere else in the metro, and it is entirely driven by the slab. We walk it, read it, and price the prep it actually needs.

The older parts of Littleton have slabs that predate a lot of modern practice — no vapour barrier underneath, thinner pours, and decades of settlement and freeze-thaw movement on top of that. Some are wonderful candidates. Some need moisture handled before anything else happens.
This is also where stained and polished concrete comes up most, particularly in converted and commercial spaces around downtown where the slab is meant to read as the finish rather than be covered over.
Most of our Littleton residential work sits in this band — established suburban homes with attached two and three-car garages on sound slabs, wanting a proper flake floor to replace bare, staining concrete.
Those installs are straightforward and predictable: grind, chase and fill the cracks, treat any oil, then the system. Where the garage has become a workshop or a gym we spec the build heavier and add anti-slip to the top coat.
